This is our full birth preparation course — four sessions covering everything from labor and delivery to breastfeeding in those first exhausting weeks, to the newborn-care questions no one thinks to ask until 3am. Come in anxious. Leave ready.

Join live in our Monot, Beirut center, or from anywhere in the world through our online group — same content, same support, your choice. Spots for the in-person group are limited, so if you want to attend live, reserve early.

We strongly encourage dads to attend. Birth isn’t a solo act, and neither is preparing for it.
